All flight operations are performed by independently rated Air Carriers in strict accordance
with
FAR Part 135
regulations - the most stringent
Federal Aviation Administration
classification
for private
aviation.
In addition to the Federal Aviation Administration regulations, operators and aircraft
are required to meet additional
safety and reliability standards established
by Skyline Jets.
Aircraft age,
pilot training,
maintenance
history, and
safety
audit
ratings are among the many criteria reviewed to ensure that every flight exceeds
the
requirements for approval by our
in-house Flight Standards Team.
Air Carriers
operating program flights carry
a
minimum
liability
insurance
of $50 million
dollars per occurrence and heavy jet aircraft carry a minimum $100 million in liability insurance. Organizations and/or individual passengers are listed as additionally insured after confirmation of a reservation and a certificate of insurance can be provided by the direct Air Carrier upon request.
