All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 Air Carriers approved by the Federal Aviation
Administration, US Department of Transportation and other governmental agencies. Skyline Jets is not a direct Air Carrier and does not operate aircraft used to transport passengers. Air Carriers selected by Skyline Jets maintain operational control at all times to ensure safety and accuracy in all flight operations.

FAR Part 135 regulates critical operational requirements including:

• Crew Training & Experience
• PIC & SIC Hours In Type
• Crew Pairing Restrictions
• Crew Duty Limitations
• Runway Requirements
• Aircraft Avionics and Safety Equipment Requirements

Air Carriers providing service for the Skyline Jets program must meet both FAA safety
requirements and additional safety standards established by Skyline Jets, LLC.
